Does the chat screen just not show up or can you see the chat screen and are getting authorization failed. Somethings you could try if you cannot see the chat screen is to go to your setting and click on start configurator in the box that pops up there will be an option to reset again screen if you hit that the chat screen should pop up in the chat spot of where it was on the screen.
Is there any way to now if the users comes again on zendesk chat if the user has recently given bad review?
